Exploring the mechanism of cell-cell interactions in nerve cells

The architecture of neural network is crucial to its efficiency. To create this architecture the cells should be able to transfer their spatial information to the neighboring cells. However, the mechanism by which this is done is not clear. Our hypothesis is that the cell signaling is based on electric or magnetic fields. To test our hypothesis, we need first to prove that the cells’ growth is not random. In this work, we will investigate the dendrite’s architecture to show that the cells communicate, and the dendrite growth is not random.
